Benefit for Ted Greenberg at The Little Rock

Come out and support a benefit concert for our own Ted Greenberg. He was in a motorcycle accident at the start of this quarter and that made for some serious medical bills. Come do what you can to give a hand to the man with the plan.

- About Me:
- I've been doing amateur audio and music for a few years now. For the past year or so I've been focusing on a mixture of psychadelic, experimental, and progressive music, trying to keep originality and innovation as the main goal throughout most of the process. Audio producers/musicians that have a big influence on me include Frank Zappa, J Dilla, and Dangermouse. There are others, but most of my musical and audio philosophy up to this point comes from these three. I'd highly recommend Zappa to any of my fellow audio students who like different sounding stuff. And Dilla to anyone who likes hip-hop, but hates the repetitive nature of some styles of it. And you probably know Dangermouse from the acclaimed R&B combo, Gnarls Barkley.

- These are the instruments I play...
- Guitar mostly. An intermediate level of drumming and bass skill. I can sing a bit too, though I don't really write lyrics as much as I used to. I use electronic drums and synths on occasion also. I have a clarinet and a soprano sax that I used to be pretty good at, but now I'm not as great. Still I can use them in more of an experimental setting I suppose.
